In ‘management today’ I read an interesting article by Jonathan Perks, Leadership Coach at Penna plc who suggests that acquiring wisdom from wise mentors is not an option but an essential requirement for aspiring top managers and leaders over the next 10 years coupled with the ability to lead a life on purpose.
