Working with me will involve you and I working together to evolve a coaching programme that suits you best and meets your developing needs. We’d explore what is most accessible and valuable to you: a traditional structured programme, an evolutionary process or a mixture of both.
We’ll start with where you are now, and go on to examine what you’d like to do differently and better, before developing an action plan to help you achieve those goals.
