My area of expertise is twofold, I'm able to 'bring out' entrepreneurial capability, and able to quickly cut to the heart of what's posing a challenge for people either at work or in business, helping them move beyond those challenges and develop a bias for action to achieve their personal and professional goals.

My approach is all about 'bringing out' capabilities rather than 'pouring in' technical information & advice, I integrate techniques as old as Soctrates and today's innovation, I find what works best for you.

I'm a rapport builder, and I believe it's the quality of the relationship we build that helps to make 'light-bulb' moments and shift happen.

I'm working with entrepreneurial business owners, budding entrepreneurs, Primary Care Trust and Education, mainly 1:1 and in group sessions, and all face-to-face. I'm driven by seeing people grow in their capability and confidence
